What separates us from the rest?
Our wines are made with premium quality fresh grape juice from wine grapes, not from concentrate. This produces a dark, full- bodied, longer lasting and better tasting wine.
By comparison concentrate kits are made by reducing the grape juice to eliminate the water naturally present in the fruit. Wine kits are typically sold with concentrates ranging from 6-18L. Water is than added to bring the volume up to 23L. This leads to lighter colour, shorter life span, and loss of taste.
