February 6th Update
We are currently OPEN as an essential business for bottling (for local customers) and curbside pickup BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We ask that you indicate how you will be taking your wine home, whether by bottling or in the bladder bags, when booking your appointment or placing your order. Please note that our bottling capacity is limited at this time in order to maintain the social distancing requirements of 2 m (6ft).
To avoid disappointment we ask that you call or e-book your appointment well in advance. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to incorporate changes to protect the health of our staff and valued customers during this time.
Here's what to expect when you come in:
1. We ask that all customers attend their appointments alone or with maximum of 2 people per station.
2. All customers are required to a wear face covering. Please bring one with you (we also have them for available for purchase).
3. On the day of your appointment, please consider the following:
4. We ask that all those entering the building wash their hands immediately at the hand washing station provided. For those who are bottling please proceed to your designated station to begin disinfecting bottles then wash hands.
5. Upon arrival any bottles being brought in to the store will be disinfected. Bottles will be placed neck side down in a tote by the customer and disinfectant spray will be applied **please note this process takes approx 10 min** We have implemented the sanitization of your bottles in the interest of risk reduction to our customers and staff. All boxes brought into the store must remain untouched until after you have cashed out.
6. Please arrive promptly for your appointment. Please note that our washrooms as well as our waiting/coffee area are currently closed to the public.

- Do you have a fever, new onset of a cough, worsening chronic cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?
- Have you had close contact with anyone with an acute respiratory illness or traveled outside of Canada in the past month?
- Do you currently have a confirmed case of COVID-19 or had close contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
- Do you have two (2) or more of the following symptoms: sore throat, runny nose/sneezing, nasal congestion, hoarse voice, difficulty swallowing, decrease or loss of sense of smell or taste, chills, headaches, unexplained fatigue/malaise, diarrhea, abdominal pain or nausea/vomiting?
